When you are traveling in
India you have to be flexible. Sometimes everything is not
possible to do according to our schedule. Then we have to
improvise and we have learned by experience that there is
always a way to a solution which signifies that you need
to be entirely prepared for an adventure tour.

DEVBHUMI RIDE – III
( 02nd to 05th October 2010 )
|
“GATEWAY TO MYSTERY”
LOHAJUNG
Lohajung is
the trailhead for the Roopkund trek. Roopkund usually
called the 'mystery lake' has the remains of more than 600
human skeletons from the 9th century considered to have
perished due to a hailstorm.
We won't be going upto the lake as its a trekking route
and takes around 6 days from Lohajung, but Lohajung itself
being a picturesque place with nearby pine forests and
waterfalls is an ideal place for a weekend getaway. The
group will be leaving on the morning of 2nd October 2010,
enroute visiting the ancient Baijnath Shiv temple famous
for its medieval architecture known as the Nagara style of
temples. Come join the ride to the land of gods in our
Devbhumi ride - III.

Total Distance: 1150 kms
Entry is strictly on first come first serve basis and the
